Smokin' Joe offers his own pot for the player to use. But due to the green phlegm that Joe has coughed up into the pot, the player refuses and decides to make their own smouldering pot for use.
After helping Smokin' Joe, the smouldering pot becomes useless and can be safely disposed of.
The smouldering pot is called ratcatchers_smokey_weedpot in the game's source files, alluding to informal terms associated with the burning and inhalation of a common psychoactive plant.[1]
