Charlie the cook is the chef (and part owner) of The Shrimp and Parrot restaurant in Brimhaven. He is also a member of the Phoenix Gang, and plays a role in the Heroes' Quest. During the quest, the player has to give him the password "Gherkin" to assure him that they are a member of his gang; he will then tell the player about a secret panel in the kitchen.
