Cap'n Izzy No-Beard is a pirate captain and master of Agility who can be found at the entrance of the Brimhaven Agility Arena minigame. He has a pet parrot which he says has "cracked Jenny's tea cup." He and his parrot guard the entrance to the Agility arena, with an entry fee of 200 coins to use the arena.
As master of Agility, players with level 99 Agility may purchase an Agility cape from him for 99,000 coins. As with all skillcapes, it also comes with the matching skillcape hood.

Cap'n Izzy No-Beard is the solution to the hard anagram clue: O BIRDZ A ZANY EN PC. The parrot will give you a challenge scroll, asking how many banana trees are in the Banana plantation, the answer to which is 33.
