Mac is an NPC who is located west of the Warriors' Guild on a small island, beyond the ladder that leads into the guild's basement. Getting to this island requires the player to pass obstacles requiring 99 in their respective skills.
Upon achieving level 99 in all skills and reaching a total level of 2277, players can purchase Mac's cape and its corresponding hood from Mac for 2,277,000 coins. He will also refund the player's excess max capes for 80% of the original cost: 1,821,600 coins. This can only be done if the player has both the hood and cape in their inventory. Other max cape variants can be refunded in the same manner without a hood in your inventory, but the original cape will also be lost.
Although the player can reach Mac without having reached the maximum total level, he will respond with "None of yer bis'ness" when asked about the cape in his sack.
Getting there
In order to reach Mac's island, players must pass several obstacles. Additionally, there is a boulder on the path that requires 99 Strength to be pushed, although players can walk around it without having to interact with it. Since the player needs to go through the Warriors' Guild, they will also require the stats to enter.
None of the skill requirements listed can be boosted.

Trivia
- His name is a reference to being maxed in all skills, and he calls his cape "Mac's cape", pronounced like max cape.
- The player can ask Mac why he smells bad, to which he says bathing is "XP waste".
