The achievement diary cape can be obtained by players who have completed all Achievement Diaries. It is obtained along with the Achievement diary hood, and can be bought from Twiggy O'Korn in Draynor Village for 99,000 coins.

It becomes trimmed after completion of all quests, as do the quest point cape and music cape after completing all the diaries. However, if a new quest is released, the cape will automatically untrim itself and cannot be trimmed until the player completes the new quest. Unlike Capes of Accomplishment for skills, the achievement diary cape can be trimmed and untrimmed at will (provided that the player meets the requirements to trim it), and it provides a +4 prayer bonus whether or not it is trimmed.

This item can be stored in the cape rack of a costume room, as part of the Achievement diary cape set, along with the hood. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.

The teleport to Jarr provides one of the fastest means of teleportation closest to a bank.

Requirements

The achievement diary cape requires completion of all Achievement Diaries, as well as having completed all quests at some point since the quest point cape is a requirement to complete the elite Lumbridge & Draynor Diary.

The achievement diary cape is also required to trim the music cape and quest point cape, though the music cape is not required to obtain or trim the diary cape.

The indicated skills have a level requirement that cannot be boosted i.e. temporary boosts cannot be used to reach that level, although there may be other diaries with a lower level requirement that can be boosted. ALL other level requirements may be boosted to some extent.

However, there are some skills that cannot be "fully" boosted:

• The Morytania Elite Diary requires 76 Strength to bare-hand a shark, which can be boosted.
  • However, there is an un-boostable minimum requirement of 70 Strength for the Fremennik Elite Diary.
• The Kourend and Kebos Elite Diary requires 95 Slayer for a hydra kill. This can be any hydra, and thus does not require a Slayer task and can be boosted from as low as 90 Slayer with a wild pie.
  • However, the Western Provinces Elite Diary requires that you kill the thermonuclear smoke devil which requires 93 Slayer.
    • Note: you can accomplish this without a Slayer task if it's your first kill ever on the account, but the level requirement is not affected.
• The minimum skill requirements here would leave you with a combat level of 87.
  • However, the Western Hard Diary requires you to complete a Veteran game of Pest Control, requiring combat level 100.
    • You could theoretically achieve this with 99 Ranged, 99 Magic, and 99 Hitpoints, if you do not wish to advance your melee stats beyond the minimum requirements.
• Players who possess the Raiments of the Eye can accomplish several Runecrafting tasks with a dramatically lower level than was previously required before the outfit's release due to the 1.6x rune multiplier.
  • Falador Hard Diary - Normally requires 56 -> or 42 with the outfit.
  • Falador Elite Diary - Normally requires 88 -> or 55 with the outfit.
  • Lumbridge Elite Diary - Normally requires 76 -> or 57 with the outfit.
  • Varrock Elite Diary - Normally requires 78 -> or 52 with the outfit.
    • However the Karamja Elite Diary still requires 91 Runecrafting for double Nature runes meaning the minimum possible level for the Diary Cape is still 86 Runecrafting.

Teleports

The cape offers unlimited teleports to any Achievement Diary master – with the exception of The 'Wedge', whose teleport is replaced by the flax keeper to the south-west – as well as Twiggy O'Korn.

Of particular note is the teleport to Jarr, which puts the player 7-9 tiles from a bank chest. This is the 3rd closest wearable unlimited teleport to a bank, after the Crafting Cape, and the Enchanted lyre(i).

When used in combination with the Lesser Fanatic teleport, this is also the current fastest method for Abyss Runecrafting. It is also the fastest method to craft nature runes when teleporting to Kaleb Paramaya.
