The Amulet of the Eye is an item that allows unlimited teleportation to the Temple of the Eye, just south of the portal. It is obtained by inspecting the tarnished locket and then showing it to Phileas the Lumbridge Guide.

The amulet can be recoloured using Abyssal dye (received from the Rewards Guardian) to a red, blue, or green colour scheme.

The amulet provides unlimited teleports to the Temple of the Eye and can be used as a banking method with low requirements.

Players can reclaim the amulet from the Lumbridge Guide should it be lost. If players wish to reclaim multiple amulets, they can do so by attempting to destroy the amulet on a Free-to-play world, which drops the amulet to the ground, allowing players to reclaim another and also pick up the dropped one.

Trivia

  • When trading the locket for the amulet, the Lumbridge Guide provides a little backstory for the item. Phileas explains that the amulet had long been in the possession of his family, whose members had been initiated into the Order of Wizards for generations.[1] The eye-shaped amulet displays the symbol of the Order of Wizards, which long ago built and oversaw the Temple of the Eye with the aim of protecting a powerful artefact.[2] The order had long since given up this task, leading the history of its symbol to become obscured, until the player is able to confirm its origins after re-discovering the temple.
  • The amulet appears to be an Eye of Horus.
