The Lesser Fanatic (named Jeffery) is located in Edgeville, by the bridge. He awards players the Wilderness sword for completing the easy, medium, hard and elite tasks of the Wilderness Diary.

He will also purchase unwanted ecumenical keys from players who have completed the hard Wilderness Diary for 61,500 coins per key.

He is accompanied by Luna, a rabbit.
