The Fish sack is an item that can be purchased for 1,000 Molch pearls from Alry the Angler on Molch Island. The Fish sack is worn in place of a cape and is considered cosmetic apart from the minor defence bonuses.

Players can combine the fish sack with a fish barrel to create the fish sack barrel, which is an equipable version of the fish barrel. There is no confirmation message when this occurs, but it can be split apart by selecting the "Dismantle" option after right-clicking "Configure".

This item can be stored in the magic wardrobe of a costume room.
