A Brimhaven voucher is received while participating in the Brimhaven Agility Arena. One voucher and one Agility Arena ticket is earned for tagging a ticket dispenser. They are exchanged at the Agility Arena Store by talking to Pirate Jackie the Fruit for items.

One voucher can be obtained per minute as the dispenser respawns every minute. Completion of the Elite Karamja Diary gives a 10% chance of receiving two Agility Arena tickets and Brimhaven vouchers when tagging a dispenser.
