A cracked sample is found whilst digging in training digs or searching the chests in the Exam Centre south of the Digsite. If the certification exam has been completed, it can be smashed with a Rock pick causing it to disintegrate. It is a useless item, there are no uses for it, it is untradable, and it is worth nothing.
