A fang is an item found during the The Fremennik Exiles quest, obtained by searching the rocks west of the sandpit in Rellekka. It is given to Freygerd along with the unsealed letter and venom gland as evidence of basilisks plotting to attack Rellekka.
The item's model appears to be based off the magic fang, without the purple orb.
