Lunar glass is an item used in The Fremennik Exiles quest. It is obtained by using a molten glass (i) on the Astral Altar along with 100 astral runes. With a glassblowing pipe in the player's inventory, it can be used with the V sigil (e), polishing rock, and a fremennik shield to create V's shield.
