The Gold leaf is an unobtainable item that appears in the game's code but does not spawn anywhere. Despite not having an option to equip it, the gold leaf has a model for use while equipped.

While the leaf was added alongside Icthlarin's Little Helper, it does not appear to have been intended for use during the quest. It may have been related to Raetul.
