Groats' farm, also known as the east Lumbridge farm, is a large farm in Lumbridge, on the eastern side of the River Lum. The farm is owned by Seth Groats, and is worked by Seth, several farmers, and his daughter Gillie. The farm features a potato field, a dairy pen, a chicken coop, a cooking pot, and a hops patch.
