The haunted wine bottle is a holiday reward received from completing a Halloween event from 2021 onwards. The bottle has a right-click option, "Wake-ghost", which performs an emote in which players shake the bottle and wake an angry ghost.

If the player talks to the Haunted wine bottle whilst wearing a ghostspeak amulet they may speak to the spirit inside the bottle. Doing so returns several unique dialogue exchanges between the player and the spirit.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room.
