Kathy Corkat, together with Devin Mendelberg have a rowing boat west of the Tree Gnome Stronghold, just across the river, where they sail players up to the Piscatoris Fishing Colony for 50 coins or for free with a Ring of Charos (a). This is useful during the quest Swan Song. After Swan Song, she offers the boat ride for free.

Kathy cannot be reached from inside the Tree Gnome Stronghold - you must leave the stronghold through the south exit and run around the outside of the western fence.
