A Lumpy rug can be found in Meiyerditch, serving as the entrance to the Sanguinesti Myreque hideout. To access the hideout, the player must first press the symbol on the decorated wall before opening the trapdoor under the rug. It is used primarily in the Darkness of Hallowvale and A Taste of Hope quests.
