An oak chest can be built in the Treasure space of the Treasure Room in a player-owned house. It requires 79 Construction to build and when built, it gives 340 experience. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

It can only be opened when the Treasure room guardian is defeated. It can hold up to 20,000. A player must wait five minutes before being able to add treasure to their chest.
