The obstacle pipe is an Agility shortcut found in the Taverley Dungeon. An Agility level of 70 is required to use the shortcut. The shortcut connects the entrance of the dungeon to the blue dragon area, allowing access deeper into the dungeon without needing to have a dusty key. You can access the dungeon by travelling with a gnome glider to the White Wolf Mountain, or by travelling to Falador, then walking to Taverley and going south, or by using the Western Wall Climb agility obstacle requiring level 5 Agility and heading north.
