An orb is given to the player by the hooded monk near Paterdomus during the Devious Minds quest. The player must put it into a large or colossal pouch to be able to smuggle it to Entrana, and even then they must use the Abyss to enter the Law Altar to be able to enter Entrana. While it is possible to remove the orb from the pouch on Entrana (or elsewhere), the player will not be able to place it on the altar except in the pouch.

Late towards the end of the quest, the player discovers that the orb is, in fact, a teleport beacon used by an assassin to infiltrate Entrana and attack a congregation of Monks of Saradomin during a special ceremony.

The orb is always lost upon death.
