Rassain is the bartender of the tavern in Arceuus. He will explain that since the inhabitants of Arceuus are mostly spirits, there is no need for barstools and chairs, but mortals who visit here can use the beds on the top floor.

He does not serve any beer to the player upon their request and instead states that he only serves spirits, a pun on how some strong alcoholic drinks, such as vodka, are often referred to as spirits.
