Ugthanki dung is an unobtainable variant of the regular Ugthanki dung. Occasionally, Ali the Camel will produce a green dung after red hot sauce is poured into his trough. However, the player cannot use the spade to pick it up unlike the normal dung; attempting to do so results in the player stating "I wouldn't pick that up for all the runes in Gielinor!"

Interestingly, the item's internal name refers to it as a poisoned dung bucket, while the examine information suggests it would have been obtained by feeding the camel something other than red hot sauce.
