The Slepey tablet is a reward from defeating Phosani's Nightmare. Players may use the tablet on Drakan's medallion to be given the ability to teleport to Slepe, which takes players to the entrance of the Sisterhood Sanctuary.
The tablet is guaranteed to drop on the 100th kill. Players that already have more than 100 kill count, or have managed to lose their slepey tablet without using it, will receive it on their next kill.
Trying to pick up a second tablet while already having one in the player's inventory will instead give the message: The tablet crumbles to dust as you touch it.
