A Varrock Portal can be built in the portal chamber of a player-owned house. It will teleport players to Varrock, or the Grand Exchange for those who have completed the Medium Varrock Diary. Using the right-click Toggle option will change the default teleport for both the portal and Varrock teleport.

Players must first build a portal frame, then use the centrepiece to direct the portal. This requires 25 Magic. The cost to build is 300 air runes, 100 fire runes, and 100 law runes.
