Whisperer Speed-Runner is a grandmaster combat achievement which requires the player to kill the Whisperer in less than 2 minutes and 5 seconds without being on a slayer task.

Strategy

It is highly recommended to only attempt this achievement with a Tumeken's shadow and good magic damage gear, as the time limit is very strict and other staffs/spells deal significantly lower damage per second. It is also likely that the player will need to get several enchanted ruby bolt activations, since they can deal a hefty amount damage to the boss.

Other helpful tips for the achievement include:

• Double Vengeance on the melee attack; the Whisperer has a max hit of 42 with the melee attack, and whatever is inflicted as the first hit will always be dealt as the second, which can rebound reasonable damage at the boss. Double Vengeance can be done twice per attempt; pre-venge before the start of the kill, let the cooldown pass and use it again when running into melee distance.
• Attacking the boss whenever possible; while she takes ~66% less damage while using specials, players can get several hits in during them.
• Knowing when to attack the boss after she finishes a special attack.
• Going past special mechanic threshold triggers if possible while she is in the middle of an attack.
