The zombie helmet is a crush-focused headgear that requires 50 Strength and Defence to equip. It is created by taking a broken zombie helmet, obtained as a drop from armoured zombies in Zemouregal's Fort, to an anvil and repairing it with 70 Smithing.

The zombie helmet has better stats overall compared the dwarven helmet, alongside having a +8 crush attack bonus; this makes it the second best for crush styles after the inquisitor's great helm.
