Burnt chompy is an unobtainable variant of the ruined chompy that was released alongside the iron spit.

Presumably, it was intended to be the result of failing to successfully roast raw chompy on an iron spit, with the ruined chompy remaining a quest item only obtainable from using an ogre spit-roast. For whatever reason, it was decided to make the iron spit give the quest variant everywhere.
