The star-face is an untradeable cosmetic item. It is part of the Christmas tree costume, which can be obtained by completing one of the Christmas holiday events that occur once per year.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2018: Christmas tree suit set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
