The decorative full helm (white) can be bought at the Castle Wars area south of the Observatory for 50 Castle wars tickets. They can only be bought from Lanthus. The helmet has similar stats to a Mithril full helmet but weighs more, and requires level 20 Defence to wear.

This item can be stored in the armour case of a costume room, as part of the Castle Wars armour (2) set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
