Jimmy Dazzler is a wealthy exterminator and citizen of East Ardougne featured in the Ratcatchers quest. During the quest, he tasks the player to clear a mansion full of rats without being seen by the guards that constantly patrol the area.

He is located in the western side of the Flying Horse Inn, north of the castle in East Ardougne.

After the quest, he will chat about various other rat catchers. He is accompanied by his cat, Bones, who playfully runs about.

Trivia

• The description of his smiles and the party is possibly reference to the main character from the book The Great Gatsby.
• When asking Jimmy how to spell his name, the player remarks that he should consider adding a '1' to it because it "might add a bit of pizzazz". This is a reference to Old School RuneScape content creator J1mmy, who notably made a video criticising Ratcatchers, in particular its writing and odd dialogue formatting compared to the rest of the game.
