Statius's full helm (bh) is a piece of armour requiring 78 Defence to wear, and is purchased from the Bounty Hunter Store for 400 Bounty Hunter points. When worn alongside Statius's platebody (bh) and platelegs (bh), the accuracy of melee special attacks are increased by 15%. It can be converted into its corrupted variant by speaking to a Corrupted Warrior.

As with all Ancient Warriors' equipment from Bounty Hunter, it is initially inactive upon purchase and must be charged with 5,000,000 coins before it can be used by the player. In addition, it can only be used within Daimon's Crater, Castle Wars, Clan Wars, and Soul Wars; attempting to attack anything outside the listed areas will result in the player being interrupted from doing so.

Upon dying in PvP, the coins used to activate the item are given to the killer, and players are left with the inactive variant.
