Vesta's blighted longsword is an untradeable sword that can be purchased at Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 300 Last Man Standing points. It requires 75 Attack both to wield it and to purchase it from the reward shop.

The sword is inactive upon purchase, and must be activated by using 50,000,000 coins on it. Once activated, it becomes equipable, sharing the same stats and special attack as its other variants. However, the blighted longsword can only be used on a Bounty Hunter world while in the Wilderness or inside Daimon's Crater. This restriction applies to both PvM and PvP combat activities.

While of little use outside of Bounty Hunter worlds, the high offensive bonuses of Vesta's blighted longsword can still benefit the accuracy calculation of the dwarf multicannon when equipped on regular game worlds.

If the owner of this sword dies with it in PvP, the sword is lost on death and dropped as 50,000,000 coins if not one of the player's protected items. This is also the case while partaking in the Bounty Hunter activity, unlike the mini-game specific version of Vesta's longsword, which is kept in its inactive form on death.

In regards to Items Kept on Death, the activated Vesta's blighted longsword has a value of 50,000,000 coins.
