Accept Aid
Accept Aid is a button under the Settings menu that lets other players cast teleother and a variety of Lunar spells on the targeted player, among other interactions. While in a waiting room for Barbarian Assault, it allows players to receive recruitment requests. It is mostly only useful in members' worlds as there is no situation in which aid can be offered in free-to-play, with the exception of Christmas crackers.
Ironmen can't enable Accept Aid, but can still participate in some group activities such as Barbarian Assault. Group ironmen may engage in most interactions typically requiring the option to be enabled, but only with the members of their group.[1]
If the option is on, the player can be distracted by tele-other attempts at awkward times, such as during difficult combat, so it is safer to leave accept aid off unless with trusted friends. Also, teleother can be used for luring.
Accept Aid is temporarily turned off during cutscenes and transitions.
