A blighted vengeance sack is an item that allows players to cast Vengeance or Vengeance Other without needing the runes for it. However, it can only be used inside the Wilderness, PvP worlds, Castle Wars, Clan Wars, and Soul Wars, while on the Lunar spellbook. It is consumed upon use.

50 can be purchased at Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 1 Last Man Standing point or at the Soul Wars Reward Shop for 10 Zeal Tokens.
