Burst of Strength is a prayer unlocked at level 4. Burst of Strength increases the player's Strength by 5% when activated, or by 1 level if the player's Strength level is lower than 20.

Like all other stat-affecting prayers, it cannot be used in conjunction with another prayer that increases the player's Strength level, such as Superhuman Strength.

The other 5% stat-boosting prayers are:

• Thick Skin (Defence)
• Clarity of Thought (Attack)
• Sharp Eye (Ranged)
• Mystic Will (Magic)

The prayer will now boost Strength levels by 1 if it is under 20, as the way the game rounds down numbers meant that activating it would previously not have resulted in any boost.
