The Competition Judge manages the Target range and gives out archery tickets as rewards, which can be used to purchase items from the Ticket Merchants.

By paying 200, you are given 10 bronze arrows and have 10 shots at the nearby target. For each shot, you may score between 0-100 points, for a maximum of 1,000 points. You get 1 archery ticket for every 10 points.
