Ensouled head
Ensouled heads are items that can be dropped by their respective monsters. These heads can be reanimated by using the appropriate spell within the Arceuus spellbook on the head.
Reanimation can be cast on any ensouled head within an 31x31 area where that head was dropped by a monster. This will work indefinitely, even if the ensouled head is picked up, so long as it is not put into the bank, trade screen, Grand Exchange, or price checker. If the player has put the head into the bank, trade screen, Grand Exchange, or price checker, the reanimation spell will only work within range of the Dark Altar.
When reanimated, the monster will attack after the animation completes, and they will override Single-way combat rules. The monster has 35 hitpoints, and upon killing it will reward Prayer experience. The amount of Prayer experience gained increases with higher-leveled heads. Reanimation spells are divided into four tiers, which determines the Magic level required in order to use the spell. Some reanimated monsters do have additional requirements, so players should take note of this before reanimating a head.
Wearing Zealot's robes provides a 1.25% chance per piece (5% for full set) to save the ensouled head after casting the reanimation spell. A chat message "Your Zealot's robes save the ensouled head but still grant you experience." confirms when the effect activates.
Players may send ensouled heads straight to the bank by using a charge of the Soul bearer, a reward from completing the Bear Your Soul miniquest.
A confirmed list of drop rates can be found here[1].
