Tormented Demons notably drop Tormented synapses and Burning claws as uniques. Both the synapse and the claw drop at a rate of 1/500, and account for a majority of the profit.

These rates assume decent gear and above recommended stats when on a Slayer task. However, it is possible to achieve higher kills per hour with excellent gear and efficient strategy.
