Money making guide/Smelting adamantite bars at Blast Furnace
Lua error in ...ribunto/includes/Engines/LuaCommon/lualib/mwInit.lua at line 23: bad argument #1 to 'old_ipairs' (table expected, got nil).
The Blast Furnace provides a great opportunity for players to reap great profits by producing a large volume of adamantite bars (worth 1,921 each), which are used by high-level smiths.
With moderate attention, you can produce between 2,400 and 2,700 adamantite bars in an hour. That means the profit margin falls between 785,889 and 904,689 hourly.
This money making method requires you are on an official Blast Furnace world. Bring with you coal, adamantite ore, sufficient stamina potions, and at least 72,000 coins. Deposit the coins into the coffer to be allowed to use the furnace by the dwarves operating it. The coffer will remove 1,200 coins every minute automatically.
Start by placing adamantite ore on the conveyor belt then empty your coal bag of coal and deposit that right after. Do two trips of just coal after, and in the second coal trip retrieve your bars from the bar dispenser by clicking on it (if ice gloves are equipped) or dousing it with a bucket of water and then collecting the bars. Then, do another trip of adamantite ore and coal, and immediately retrieve a second inventory of bars. Repeat this process from the beginning until you either run out of ore, or the coffer is empty.
Alternatively, repeat these two steps:
- Do a trip with a full coal bag and an inventory of coal.
- Do a trip with a full coal bag and an inventory of adamantite ore.
Collect the bars on every trip of just coal (other than the very first trip).
The Coal bag allows you to bring 27 extra pieces of coal with you each trip from the bank to the furnace. Without using one, you should expect to earn a little more than one-half of the output totaling up to 429,489 hourly and up to 56,250 Smithing experience.
After travelling to Keldagrim once, the city and the Blast Furnace can be easily accessed by using the travel option on the trapdoor on the inside west-wall of the Grand Exchange.
Note: If you are buying all your ores and coal from the grand exchange, you can only do this method for about two hours before reaching the buy limit for both. Because of this, it is recommended to buy them in advance.
