A plaster fragment is found in the In Aid of the Myreque quest when clearing the rubble in the basement of the pub in Burgh de Rott. If the player has no room for it, they will put it into a bucket of rubble and will have to find it in the rubble pile outside of the pub. This is also where it can be found again if the player loses it.

This item depicts the slaying of a vampyre by somebody using the Rod of ivandis, and gives the player a hint of the ingredients required for a Guthix balance potion.

Transcript

The following text is transcluded from Transcript:Plaster fragment.

The plaster has a small map of Morytania carved into it. The map depicts seven figures near the Salve, where Paterdomus now stands.

One figure stands in front of the others. He seems to have some sort of rod in one hand which he holds aloft. In his other hand he holds a small container.

Two rays of light emanate from the sky and surround the figure. One is green, likely to represent Guthix. The other is silver, likely to represent Saradomin.

In front of the figure, a dark creature seems to be held in a powerful spell, with the figure using the container to administer some sort of potion to it.

Various words are also carved into the plaster. Below the dark creature the words 'silver', 'garlic', 'harralander' and 'red eggs' are caved. As well as this, the word 'silvthrill' is carved by the figure.

This is clearly an artist's impression of some moment in Morytania's history.
