Regulus Cento is a quetzal keeper for the Varlamore royal family, located just outside and south of the east gate of Varrock and south-east of the Sunrise Palace in Varlamore's capital, Civitas illa Fortis. He will only appear once the player has completed Children of the Sun. He can take the player directly to and from Civitas illa Fortis and Varrock with his quetzal, Primio.
During Ethically Acquired Antiquities, players must speak to Regulus to gain information about the suspicious figure who is suspected to have stolen Xerna's Diadem from the Grand Museum.
