Ennius Tullus is a servant of the Royal Family of Varlamore, dealing with administrative work alongside his twin sister Furia Tullus. Both were a part of the delegation visiting Varrock on behalf of the Kingdom of Varlamore during Children of the Sun. He is also involved in Twilight's Promise, recruiting the player's help in rounding up six knights to help discover the traitor among them.
The Tullus twins are descended from the Tullus dynasty, which ruled Varlamore up until Emperor Imafore Tullus's death roughly 100 years ago. They were born thirty-one years before the present, during a solar eclipse. For this reason, Metzli believes Ennius and his sister to be mortal incarnations of Ralos and Ranul;[1] the twins were convinced of this as well and joined her as part of the Twilight Emissaries cult.
