Rose's diary is an item obtained during A Kingdom Divided, in which players take it from a display case in the Library Historical Archive after pickpocketing a bluish key from Istoria.
When inspected, the chatbox message states You have a quick look through the diary. It contains years of private thoughts from Kourend's last princess. However, nothing obvious jumps out at you. Maybe Martin will be able to work something out.
