Sulphuric broline is a quest item used only in Biohazard. It is obtained from Elena after returning her distillator to her.
It is first given to Hops, who will smuggle it into the Dancing Donkey Inn, past the Guard conducting body searches. After retrieving it from Hops, it is given to Guidor in south-east Varrock, alongside plague sample, liquid honey, ethenea, and touch paper.
Duplicates can be drop tricked by talking to Elena to obtain another. After talking to Guidor about the results of the test, all copies of the sulphuric broline in the inventory are deleted. If this item is given to either Da Vinci or Chancy, they will fail to bring it to the Dancing Donkey Inn as requested. Da Vinci will use it in a work of art, and Chancy will gamble it away. Hops will not drink it because it is poisonous, so he cannot drink it. Even though it is said to be poisonous, it is not edible so players cannot inflict self-injury by drinking it.
