Note: The listed profit rate is calculated at 99 while wearing full Rogue equipment (requires 50 ) with completion of the Ardougne Diary (hard) and while wearing the Thieving cape and casting Shadow Veil. Players with lower Thieving will not achieve this profit rate. The listed profit assumes 722 successful pickpockets per hour. At level 82 Thieving it is possible to achieve about 459 successful pickpockets per hour resulting in an average profit of 2,543,843.84 per hour.

Pickpocketing Vyres in Darkmeyer gives a chance of pickpocketing blood shards and gems. There is a 1/5000 chance for a blood shard with each successful pickpocket. Wearing the full rogue equipment will double the amount of blood shards and other loot obtained while pickpocketing. It is recommended to pickpocket Vallessia von Pitt in her house to the south-east of the Hallowed Sepulchre, which is close to the Hallowed Sepulchre's bank, does not require wearing a set of Vyre noble clothing and includes a table with a Jug of wine spawn on it. It is also very easy to corner her in the house to allow more efficient pickpocketing without the danger of any guards.

At level 99 Thieving, while wearing the Thieving cape and having at least the hard Ardougne Diary completed, the player will have a 60.7% chance for a successful pickpocket. If utilising dodgy necklaces, the maximum amount of pickpockets is roughly 849 per hour, not including banking. At level 82 Thieving with the hard Ardougne Diary completed, the player will have a 46.2% chance for a successful pickpocket, meaning that the maximum amount of pickpockets is roughly 540 per hour.
