Husks are summoned during the fight with Phosani's Nightmare. Though they have low health, their attacks are accurate and hit much harder than their Nightmare counterparts.

During the fourth phase of the fight, if Phosani's Nightmare spawns husks, their initial attacks are delayed slightly. If Phosani's Nightmare uses melee immediately after spawning husks, the Magic-using husk will always attack the player on the same game tick, making it impossible to protect from both attacks.
