The berserker icon is an item obtained by using a chisel on a berserker ring.
After learning how to combine ring icons from Peer the Seer, the berserker icon can be used on an ultor vestige to create the ultor icon. The icon is then brought to a furnace alongside three chromium ingots and a ring mould to craft the ultor ring. The entire process requires level 90 Magic and 80 Crafting, which can be boosted.
