The smoke ancient sceptre is a sceptre requiring 75 Magic, 60 Strength, and 50 Attack to wield. It is made by attaching the smoke quartz, dropped by The Leviathan, to the ancient sceptre; this process can be reversed, allowing players to switch between quartzes as desired.

Like its predecessor, it will increase the effects of Ancient Magicks by 10%, with the added effect of reducing a poisoned target's healing by 20% for 6 seconds after taking damage.
