The guardian thrall is an NPC that is summoned via the guardian horn, which is available for players who have unlocked the Guardian relic. When summoned, she will run to attack the same target that the player is attacking with a style that the NPC has the lowest defence bonus for.

The guardian thrall has an attack speed of 5 (attacking every 3 seconds), with a damage roll of 6-15 and an accuracy roll of 45,000. In multicombat areas, she will attempt to cast an area-of-effect attack if the primary target is weak to ranged or magic, which can be toggled via the guardian horn. Additionally, Arceuus thralls can be summoned alongside her.

The guardian thrall's outfit can be changed via the horn. If the Kharidian Desert has been unlocked, there is a small chance for the guardian thrall's appearance to change to that of the Mysterious Figure from Desert Treasure II.^[1] When changed to this appearance the thrall states "I serve a new master now". Attempting to change the outfit again will display a warning.

The player does not have to be in the Kharidian Desert itself to roll the Mysterious Figure outfit, as long as the area has been unlocked.^[2]
