Pollnivnian bandits are attackable NPC's located in northern Pollnivneach, between the general store and the rug merchant. Bandits are most popular as a target of blackjacking, a high-intensity training method that offers the fastest experience from levels 45-49 and levels 65-91 Thieving.

There are two types of bandits in Pollnivneach. The level 41 bearded bandits wield blackjacks, granting 65 experience and 40 coins per pickpocket, and the level 56 bandits have no beard, wield steel scimitars, and grant 84.3 experience and 50 coins per pickpocket.

In order to get the maximum experience rates, players must knock bandits out with blackjacks before pickpocketing them. This method requires near completion of the quest The Feud, level 30 Thieving, and the ability to kill a safespottable level 70 bandit champion.
